From quotation to delivery EMS offer a quick response and rapid turnaround and we can provide our clients with a ‘one stop shop’ for their requirements including fabrication, machining, welding and coating, all to specification.
Fabrication
By utilising its established and wide ranging supply base EMS can offer fabrication in a variety of materials from structural S355 to exotics such as 316L.
EMS have delivered a number of manufacturing contracts from bespoke items to batches of components for the engineering industry.
Each contract is complemented with a full documentation package containing material traceability, inspection reports and associated certification to our client’s requirements.
Welding Procedure Qualification
All EMS WPQR’s are qualified to ISO 15614-1 as a minimum. We tailor our qualifications to meet our clients requirements and we can also qualify procedures to the below standards if required.

EMS currently employ over 20 qualified welding procedures which are all 3rd party witnessed and approved by Lloyd’s Register.
Machining
EMS have supplied a variety of machined components ranging from precision items to bespoke moulding tools and pressure testing assemblies.
We work closely with trusted local machine shops. Utilising their knowledge and expertise in this particular field they understand the importance of hitting both quality and schedule targets. EMS also have on-site turning and milling capabilities to help support quick turnaround contracts.
Each contract is complemented with a full documentation package containing material traceability, inspection reports and associated certification to our client’s requirements.
